Payments must be submitted in full prior to any artwork being completed. Should the commissioner change their mind prior to any work in progress samples being sent, a full refund may be requested and will be issued. If a refund is requested after proof that work in progress has been sent, the artist reserves the right to withhold a 20% fee to cover the time lost. The commissioner may ask for and be provided a work-in-progress sample at any time. Once the artwork is considered to be completed by both the commissioner and the artist, the commissioner has to 24 hours to request up to 2 revisions on the completed image. After the 24 hour period has passed or two revisions are completed, the artist is not obligated to complete any further revisions without compensation via payment by the hour worked. Completed artwork may be displayed for advertisement purposes or examples for future commissions.

The artist reserves the right to refuse any piece that involves explicit nudity or sexual situations, real-world political commentary, distasteful imagery or an overabundance of blood or gore.
