Nelli is one of the waitresses in the restaurant side of the Hole in the Wall, usually operating in the area meant for smaller ferakin. She's been with the restaurant since Mick opened it and has come to recognize all of their regular customers, to the point where she has memorized some of their usual orders. She likes the restaurant life, often saying it's much quieter than the business she was in before. She doesn't really talk much about what that business was, preferring to tell you what her children are up to instead.
